Pumpkin bread

3 and 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp salt
1/5 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
4 large eggs
15 oz pumpkin puree

Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl. Divide evenly in three greased, floured 9x5 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick to the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then remove from pans.
