Cornelius Hannukah celebration set for Dec. 7
The Lake Norman Jewish Congregation will hold its annual Hanukkah Celebration on Dec. 7 at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Cornelius.
The event begins with Shabbat services at 6 p.m., featuring children from the religious school, followed by a complete dinner, crafts and activities. Dinner is being catered by Mia Famiglia Ristorante, and activities include a dreidel tournament. Hanukkah souvenirs will be provided to all children that attend.
Reservations are required by calling 704-987-9980, and there is a small charge for adults and children to cover the cost of the meal.
